I am giving George at CMSC ,5 stars. After my son didn’t pass his road test, George took the time to talk with us, listen to our concerns, and explain everything in a calm, professional and respectful way. He later worked with my son during a private road lesson and my son said “Mom, you should write a good review for George because he was so good to me. He said George was patient, honest, encouraging and gave him the confidence he needed to then pass his test. Overall I am pleased with my experience at CMSC. My one critique is that some of the road test examiners are a bit too strict, which puts unnesssry pressure on already nervous students. I understand that safety is the priority, but I think there is room for a more encouraging approach. That said, George’s ability to teach, critique, coach and provide feedback in a way that built my son’s confidence rather than diminishing it…made all the difference in the world. CMSC is very fortunate to have him.

CMSC, great teachers and friendly staff. I had Ms. Olivia Urso as my drivers ed teacher. She was the sweetest most kind loving teacher. She takes so much pride and care in her job and in her students success. She was great at accommodating students and helping clarify things in different ways to make students understand. She kept all students interested and involved in their work. She was energetic in the best way. She kept us engaged with her energy and humor. This was the best teacher I could have asked for. I would not have wished for a better teacher.

She is not just a driving instructor she is someone who helps people take the next step in life. As of posting this review, I finished my 5 day drivers ed class with Denis. Uncle Denis is my GOAT! He was very helpful in learning all the things that I would need to know about the road, and he was very funny as well. He brought us his birthday cake on the test day, and I enjoyed his teaching style. Thank you Denis!

CMSC was great I felt like I have improved on driving lot. My instructor Ghenwa was great she really taugh me alot about driving and about way to fix my maneuvers. She also helped me complete my drive times and observation and prepare me for my roadtest I would 100% recommend that if you get her as your instructor your in great hands and will be prepare for your road test. Best instructor i had she was awesome.

I just completed the 2 day basic rider motorcycle course and it was great! Mike and Anish were very thorough with the lessons. It was done at a good pace. The first day was held in brutal cold and wet weather, but they kept us moving and provided lots of warm up breaks. I highly recommend this CSMC course anyone starting out as it lets you explore the required basic skills in a very safe and non-pressure environment. I plan to come back for more riding instruction here! Thank you guys for a great experience!

I took CMSC’s Basic Rider course and went into the course having never ridden a motorcycle before. I was able to complete all of the tasks successfully and passed the driving test. The instructors were very patient and helpful. There was one rider coach that would always perform the task on a motorcycle before you had to do it. The other rider coach showed diagrams of the course and clearly communicated the objectives. This course greatly boosted my confidence for riding a motorcycle and highly recommend that other’s take this if interested in riding a motorcycle.

I took a course in adaptive driving. Learning how to drive using hand controls was challenging. My instructor was Kelly Dumas and she was the cream of the crop. She possessed all the important traits of a good instructor. She was knowledgeable, patient, critical when necessary and had a calming effect on me as a student. I really got lucky having Kelly as my teacher.

We were very happy with CMSC overall. Most of the instructors were very good. Mike Vetros was excellent. He put my son at ease and he enjoyed his lessons with him while learning a lot of safe driving info. He made the experience much less stressful and my son drives with confidence after passing his road test on the first attempt.

I took 6 lessons with Brendan and had a wonderful experience! I was very nervous to start driving but he explained everything so well with kindness and patience. He is a very knowledgeable teacher with lots of experience, answering all my questions thoroughly. He taught me everything I needed to become a safe and responsible driver and I even ended up passing my road test on the first try! I truly couldn’t have done it without his guidance!! Andrea helped me schedule all of my at home pick up lessons, she was very helpful throughout the process! I highly recommend cmsc.

I took my classes, driving lessons, and road test at CMSC in West Boylston near the end of summer 2025, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Most of my lessons were with my instructor, Karen, and it’s clear that she really loves what she does.

From the very first lesson, she made me feel safe, comfortable, and confident behind the wheel. She explains things clearly, stays calm, and creates an environment where you actually want to learn instead of feeling stressed or intimidated. Everything I know on the road now is because of how thorough and patient she was with me.

Karen is also extremely flexible with scheduling and always made the effort to work around my availability, which meant a lot. She genuinely cares about her students’ progress and success, not just getting lessons done. If you’re nervous about driving or want an instructor who is supportive, knowledgeable, and encouraging, Karen is TRULY the best you could ask for.

I went to CMSC in West Boylston, and I had an amazing time! My teacher, Mrs. Olivia, was such an amazing person, and definitely an amazing mentor. She was always so engaging, and is now someone who I can look up to whenever i’m driving on my own now. Now, when i’m driving, I can think about all of the amazing things she has said, and all of the amazing tips and tricks she has given me to succeed in my driving skills. Mrs. Olivia is so sweet and such a great person. Im so happy I could have had her as my teacher because without her, I really don’t know what I would have done without her. Now that I have had such an amazing teacher like Mrs. Olivia, I now know she definitely deserves a raise or something due to how much she truly loves her job, and how much she enjoys it! Im so happy I have now finished my time at Drivers Ed, and I’m happy to have had Mrs. Olivia because without her, I don’t know what I would have done!

She is an astounding instructor who refined all of my son’s driving skills until he was prepared to book his test. Her scheduling times are convenient and her teaching style is amazing. My daughter used CMSC for her driving course. She has Jess Sargent as her instructor for all but 1 drive time. Jess was amazing for my daughter. My child could be anxious at times and Jess was very good at giving her confidence and helping her out. Jess also taught her the motorcycle course which she also passed! Again very helpful and supportive in knowing how to relay the information that helped my daughter understand what needed to be done. Would explain things in a different way if needed. I was even able to contact her directly to finish scheduling her lessons because she understood how hectic trying to schedule through the call center can be. Such a blessing to have teach my child the proper techniques in a way she understood and very patient!

Awesome and thorough driving school! This school improved my daughter confidence driving. She is a much better driving now, then me alone teaching her. I love the online option for class room Ed. One thing I would improve would be having more driving lessons available and also the price to pick up was too high. But still had a great experience with CMSC.

Jenn was great! I couldn’t recommend her or CMSC more. They were really supportive and encouraging of my challenges and strengths while teaching me to drive. My dad, Kenn was given lessons by Jennifer Bounville to prepare him for his driver test post stroke. We could not have had a better experience. She understood the importance of his long journey and how much he, for his mental health, needed to be back on the road. She worked hard at getting him appointments and his drivers test in a quick and reasonable enough time. Her efficiency with his lessons and giving me updates while making it enjoyable for him mean the world to him and myself. Jenn exceeded our far expectations with hard work and kindness. She went well above and beyond knowing the importance for my dad’s mental health to regain his independence.
