Kelly Dumas

Kelly has earned badges in inclusive communication, specialized instructor, and autism instructor from ADED, her professional organization. She has been an adaptive driving instructor at CMSC for almost 4 years. Prior to that, Kelly worked in the healthcare field as an occupational therapy assistant for 24 years. With a background as an OTA, she uses those skills to assist new and seasoned drivers with many diverse needs from various backgrounds. Kelly has an adult daughter who is neuro-divergent, and this has made her more sensitive to the unique and special needs that driving students have. She enjoys her career and assisting clients with earning their mobility independence.
